Shipping Documents

If you send documents to the International Student Services Office, there are two options available:

1. Send by regular mail. Domestic mail takes approximately one week, and overseas mail may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. If you choose to use regular mail, be aware that the process takes longer than express mail.
2. Send by courier or express mail. FedEx, DHL and UPS International are reliable and secure express mail services for sending documents to the U.S.A. If you choose to have your documents sent through express mail, please retain the tracking number so your documents can be located, and you will receive a notification once they have been delivered.

Your I-20 package will be shipped to you via UPS International. You will be notified of the tracking number via email. You will be required to provide a complete physical address, a home telephone number and a valid email address for the shipping label.
